That's on the Workshop yh?
Trying to ignore the camera spazzing effect (which is just too drastic imo, makes looking/appreciating the picture near impossible) there's a pretty fundamental flaw with your blacks/fog on the blood - it's like it's infront of the fog, much closer to the camera. The way fog works is it brightens up all the blacks (and only the blacks), so if you'd have a completely black pixel 500 units away from the camera it should be the exact same RGB value (in the final output) as another identical black pixel 500 units from the camera, which is not the case here (shirt/wall pixels =/= blood pixels, given they should have about the same exposure)
