could anyone who uses such Photoshop give me tips what to do for editing? and if you are good at editing, could you edit this looking better?
photoshopping doesn't magically make your pics better, you need good in-game composition, lighting and posing first.

someone should post that extensive tutorial that GoodDocF made i think
The focus in the second screenshot is really off, the plane of focus is following the grass line instead of being parallel with the camera
Try using the Super DOF tool to see how it should look

Just a couple awkward things with the poses: first picture, guy on the far right looks like he's slipping over
Middle guy in the second has a broken elbow clipping through his shirt
Ba-boom, check it. You're getting the full treatment.

There's no sense of motion here because this guy doesn't look like he's running. There's not really a point while running where the tip of one foot and the hell of the other touch the ground at the same time. The only impression we get is that he might be floating. Also, he's not holding onto that gun very well is he? Everyone's guilty of forgetting to pose fingers at some point, just remember to do it in the future.

At a quick glance, this is where the focus of your image is.

There's not really allot of focus is there. Your composition doesn't really allow for many interesting shapes. The rule of thirds is a helpful trick to get your images more organized.

I took a very quick and messy crack at editing your image. Nothing crazy, just some color correction and a little desaturation since that seem's to kind of be what you're going for.

Still not great. Photoshop won't fix your problems if you don't take the time to learn the basics.
What we've learned
-Try for a more interesting composition. The guide I posted has some good examples from people on the forums.
-Use references for your posing.
I hope that was helpful. Good luck, and have fun!
