So I've always wondered about this, and I guess I can show what I mean by using my latest picture.

This is how it looks like while using my camera, no ambient occlussion.

This is how it looks like without using the camera/playing normally.
Now what's weird about this is that I am still using the camera but simply switching the weapons the HUD pops up and makes the ambient occlussion visible again.
So my question is, how do I keep the ambient occlussion on while I'm trying to take a picture using the camera AND the "poster" console command, if it's even possible.
Also another question, is it possible to use Super DoF using the "poster" command as well? Because the effect goes away when I try.
Anyway, here's the finished version.

I'm using nVidia Inspector ambient occlussion on Very high if that's any help.
Use "print screen" when you are using the camera, then go to whatever editing program you use, right click and click on "paste as new image" or a similar option. Sadly it doesn't work with the poster command, neither does SDof.
Your images/ links are 404

Huh weird, I didn't do anything to them.
Alright fixed them, but they could go 404 again soon.

Now they're 403'ing
Turn on the toytown PP effect and turn it all the way down. That somehow makes it work.
Alright, uploaded the images to imgur instead of dropbox, hopefully they will work now.

Yep that seems to work, thanks alot, now it would be great if there was a way to do it with the "poster" command.

dont you just press render for the sdof thing then once its rendered press the little 5 button so the box vanishes for 5 seconds allowing you to print screen?
