and a Titan, funny how that works i'm quite satisfied with how the lazy little river turned out. the mighty mountains on the other hand could've been better, but as we know there are no mistakes - only happy accidents
I endorse this. The lighting, especially on the titan, is spot on.
"...And for that, I wish you a happy purging and Emperor bless you."
Love the lighting and colors on this one.
This marks a superb leap in your environment's quality, I've never been more convinced by them, grass colors and textures are spot on. Great job man.
Damn. How is the environment done? It's beautiful.
i've come back for this
Damn. How is the environment done? It's beautiful.
i used a bunch of big bumpy plain props to construct the hills - all the foliage is from Resistance And Liberation and i recolored the grass to match the ground props. the mountains i found in TheMasks scenebuilding megapack. the river is a grey flat plate that i photoshopped into looking like water. the sky is also a photoshop job. the edited atmospheric haze plays a huge part in making things look the way they look and it also creates depth. That's a Purdy Picture Joazz!
what the fuck god damn it the fucking grass looks like its from a real life picture grrrrr
This looks so good; it's enchanting.
Hot AF
Can we get an alternate view of the scene build to destroy the magic of this amazing picture?
sure, i'll post one later
Dang, this is great mate, good job. (I can't stop thinking about the scale on the titan and the tree trunk near it's feet, either the titan is small or the tree trunk is giant)
the perspective fools a little, the Titan is over 50 meters tall and some distance behind the stump, which is also quite thick and split into two trunks (so you could say it's twin-linked, ehehe?)
bob ross would be pround
WOW this actually reminds me of Howl's Moving Castle, very nice
Joazzz, every time you make an amazing picture on a level that us mortals will never be able to achieve and then complain about some microscopic detail you think isn't up to par, I'm going to strangle a kitten. I hope you realize how many kittens you're condemning to death.
