Considering .JPG doesn't supports transparency, I think .PNG pics should be allowed under a certain weight limit. Say, 1.3 MB

Use jaypeg. There's literally no reason at all not to just use jpg, unless you want transparency.

Their filesize is usually like 3x the size of a jpg and there's virtually no visible difference.
a 100 quality JPG without optimizations or anything will look just as crispy (unless you upload it on some shit site like imgur)
ill stick to jpg then

So my gmod is somehow freaking broken and crashes on start up. I've already validated my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled my game, and deleted tons of addons. It still doesn't work. What should i do?
