Posing is good. Aliasing though is very apparent, especially on the top right most guy's outline. You should set anti aliasing to max in your graphics options, and more importantly, capture your pictures with the 'poster 2' or 'poster 3' command. Your pictures will appear in your GarrysMod\garrysmod\screenshots folder. Then manually lower their resolution so they're not so big

Now all you need is some lighting to really add more visual interest to the piece.
That's looks better! This guy with walking stick looks kinda weird, but others looks great especially guy with dog.
