Very nicely posed, built, and detailed. Your night lighting is especially a stand out and the subtle purples work well with the oranges to keep visual interest.
The bullet impacts (particularly the far right one) and the brown bit at the bottom, on the other hand, don't fit all too well with the rest of the picture and could've been blended better.
Some other minor nitpicks would be the lack of any visual flare coming from the muzzle flashes (especially the mp40, which I assume is being fired by the orange light around it) and the absence of ejecting bullet shells.
Overall a pretty nice pic.

For dust effects and stuff at the bottom of the picture, I tend to use a blotchy brush tool with very low opacity and scatter it around.
You're improving with every picture you put out, your habit of adding detail is paying off. I agree with everything Ubafest said, and I'd also add more detail to the right half of the frame.
The color of the muzzleflash (white) doesn't match up with the light you did underneath it (yellow). I would've also colored the terrain dark gray, just my opinion.
