I know I'm being picky, and I don't know if you're welcoming critiques or not, but these are bothering me more than they should:

Your AO pass somehow got layered above your smoke/atmosphere pass, and while it's mainly noticeable in those spots, it's actually everywhere in the picture, and grants literally everything a really weird, un-natural look.
This is absolutely awesome. The lighting, the DoF, the posing. Mhmmm.
