Hi, guys. I'm comic maker from Russia, and this is my new creation, that i translated into english. It's an epic and funny comic about Imperial Guard from Warhammer 40,000. The storyline is about Fourth Glorious Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Imperial Guard Planet Zabba "Unsinkable" and its maniacal commissar Argyle.

in all seriousness, it feels a bit rushed. there's not much to the dialogue and it could use less filters too
Images are huge and take a long time to load too.
Make them JPEG and smaller and it's be more worthwhile.

No way. I'm hate JPEG. I'll use PNG only, because of better quality.
JPEG is good enough if you set the quality to absolute maximum without optimization and blurring and any of that stuff

I'm worked hard on graphics and want to show all results of my work in highest resolution. PNG is better for this.

The posing isn't terrible, but it looks like you copy-pasted the standing soldiers. They don't look like a platoon standing ready for a briefing, they look like cardboard cutouts.
And yeah, waaaaay too many filters/effects.

Large image sizes aren't a problem for those with HD displays, but since the average screen resolution is around 1366x768, you should downsize your images for greater convenience. The age-old rule of thumb is that a comic's horizontal dimensions typically don't exceed 1000px, or at most 1200px.
Also, use IMG tags to post your comic directly to the thread. URL links are inconvenient for the viewer.
I'll give it a chance as soon as you actually post them in this thread instead of redirecting people to another forum.

I don't think the format matters. It looks pretty horrid either way.
Whatever that stuff is you slapped on most of the screens is ugly as hell.
And rule number one, use [U]speech bubbles[/U].
