In Lua, there's ent. and swep., what are the others? Is there a list somewhere? Also what are their specific functions?

Those are libraries. You can find a list of the libraries on the wiki, on the left under Libraries. I didn't see ent, but ents, and I didn't see swep, there is SWEP: but that's something else...
