Is there a offline video player for gmod? like the online versions but can be used offline for personal purposes.
Can play mp4/flv/etc. files and/or mp3.
stable because its just clientside.

Impossible. The current player(musex i think its called) that has limited avi support is very buggy. Just use a player like VLC or something.
