Yes, but only you will be able to see it like this. Other players will see the default model.
You'd have to just recreate the model with that skin, or look for an existing one with that skin, then instead of using the combine elite, use whatever one you want, and add it to your fastDL, or somethin.

Well, what im trying to do is change the skin of the CSS models to play with them on a TTT server, is that possible?
