Help! Unable to update one box of servers after patch

Hey Guys!

We have a few different boxes for our servers, and one of our biggest boxes is refusing to update any of the servers. We updated a couple weeks ago with no issues, but now we are getting this error:

Also here is my code for my update batch file (which is located in same folder as steamcmd and srcds):

steamcmd +login anonymous +app_update 4020 validate +quit

For whatever reason, this is happening all these servers under this one box. My other boxes updated fine. However I will say there is a difference in file structure. While the box that works is like this: E:\SERVERS\Restaurant\steamcmd\steamapps\common\GarrysModDS\garrysmod

The box that does not work is apparently trying to install Gmod in the same fashion, but it should be like this: E:\SERVERS\Restaurant\garrysmod

Any ideas?

Also if I try to force_install_dir E:\SERVERS\Restaurant it will say "Please set the game install path to something other than the Steam folder"
