Need LUA scripter for Grand Theft Auto RP Server Gamemode

I am currently in the development of a GTA Gmod RP server!

Features will be:

[B][U]RDM[/U][/B]
[B][U]Guns[/U][/B]
[U][B]Drugs[/B][/U]
[B][U]Gangs[/U][/B]
[U][B]Dealers[/B][/U]
[B][U]Raids/Rackets[/U][/B]
[B][U]More![/U][/B]

I need a coder who is fluent in LUA to create npc drug, gun, shop workers, car dealers, etc npcs for me!

I also need a racket system in which you point a gun at an npc, press E, and you get $2,000 from it.

Please create a GTA gamemode for me!
