Hey everybody. To sum up my question:
Whats the best way to learn Lua? I've been reading the wiki, combing through these forums and yesterday my copy of Programming in Lua (Second Edition) arrived. Now of course this book doesn't talk about GMod at all, and I was wondering if someone has pointers on how to approach learning Lua in relation to Gmod. Because learning Lua doesn't equal learning Lua in Gmod. Thanks in advance!
Keep browsing the wiki. Every time I go to look something up I stumble upon tidbits of useful code.
Look at other peoples work, figure out how they do things. Etc.
