Use one of the many MGS cardboard boxes and make it so you crawl inside of it like a vehicle, and if an enmie sees you move, they will walk over and melee the box off then proceed to shoot.
I think it would be fun as hell just to be able to sneak in one.

I would say that it's funny idea. Maybe not good, but funny. I'd do it, but there needs to be model for it. (Can't be hard to make a box model, can it?)
