Several Darkrp/assmod related questions

I'll just make it too the point.

A.) How would I make "respected" in assmod get physgun and toolgun

I'm guessing something to do with ply:forcegive but where do i edit this/what do i put in?

B.) For Darkrp I wanted to make a "flag" system like Tacoscript, such as when i get into the server, I would spawn as a "Cop" or a "Mobboss".
