Could it be possible to make a tool which returns spazzed contraptions to their normal state?
For example it could no-collide every thing to every other thing, continually disable motion for things, and then restore their collisions after they come into place, and then unfreeze them.
But there should be some way smarter than that. So, has anyone really rearched into what is a spazz, and how to fight it after it happened? (Besides constructing contraptions to be stable)
No collide multi + phys_timescale 0.0 -----> Undo no collide multi + phys_timescale 1.0?
To be serious, when something starts spazzing, freeze the most spazzing objects and try to move them to their correct position and freeze them again, do it with all spazzing objects so you will get the shape of freezed things. Then unfreeze it and pray to god that it works.
;P
You can try typing phys_timescale 0.2 and objects will move slowly and it will be easier for you.
No colliding everything doesn't always work. Sometimes it can just be a welding problem trying to keep its position.
just drag bits into their original places and freeze
