how would i draw a laser effect from two difrent vectors??

I am looking for a way to draw a laser effect but all the info on the wiki seems to out of date or irreverent, I want to make an NPC (nextbot) shoot lasers out of his eyes (im still fairly new to lua and gmod dev all of my experience is in python )
