• Broken fingers on my NPC

Hey guys! I have an issue about this NPC model. The ragdoll looks fine, but with animations for the valve biped rig... Any ideas how to fix it? Do I have to drag the bones in its default t pose? Or do I have to re-rig it?
Are the bones on the Valve Biped? Do the body animations play correctly?
The body animations play correctly and are part of the Valve Biped, it's just the bones on the fingers, knees, and toes that I'm trying to fix in Blender.
Did you rig it yourself? Can you show us a picture of your weight painting?
It wasn't my rig. It was based on another model which happened to have the valve biped rig. Maybe it's when the fingers are animated... Here's the weight paint...
Okay my bad that doesn't show the painting on the fingers. Try moving the hand bone and see if the fingers follow it correctly. Also make sure the painting on the fingers isn't completely blue.
You may need to bone merge the fingers to the fingers to the hand; had the same problem a while back except all of the fingers were sticking to the origin.
When I move the hand itself, the fingers are fine. It's the finger bones that are the issue. Here's one of them:
