Could someone recreate the Shock Blaster from Ratchet and Clank 3? If so, that would be awesome!

For those who don't know what it is, it's the first weapon used in this video.

the weapon in the video is the shock blaster get an image of it and an image of the vulcan cannon and see the difference??? also ratchet gladiator has 2 diff names depending on the regoin of the world
