• Collaborative lua editor?

Questions basically says it all. Is there one out there? If not, who wants to make one! :P I use MoonEdit right now, but it hasn't been updated since 2007, and it doesn't support syntax, and tabbing in it is stupid etc. I don't like it that much.
Notepad++ is the only decent one right now
Gobby works. Somewhat anyways.
Notpad ++ can be real-time collaborative?
Yes it can. But it sucks. [editline]01:33PM[/editline] (notepad++'s netnote) To try it, go to plugins > nppnetnote > showdialog make sure you have an open port for it to use and click serve. your friend should be able to connect if the port is open. The syntax highlighting tends to break and there's a lot of bugs. I tried emailing the author of it and he said he couldn't reproduce the bugs. So it may be the gmod plugin for np++. Either way, you can only have one document open.

I use Notepad 2
I've used Gobby in the past, it's not great but it works. Still looking for better alternatives.
Notepad 2 is collaborative? Their site is pretty vague.
I use Notepad 2
Why not link to their website? It's not like someone asked where to find notepad 2.
Is this what you mean? Dont know those fancy names for simple things.... :( http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=62428
No. col·lab·o·rate (kə-lāb'ə-rāt'): To work together, especially in a joint intellectual effort

He's talking about an editor multiple people can use, for the kids who don't know what collaborate means. And I find Gobby is the best program for it as it has a lua syntax highlighter and is just plain easy to use. Although make sure to pick default or very light colors, dark colors will kill you. (Each user picks a color of their own and whatever they type is highlighted in that.)
Yeah. I found that out with Red. >.< I use a light yellow now so it's basically invisible. :)
