I'm sorry to ask for help again but I since I have added the HTML panel my custom MOTD has been all coming together. Except one thing which I've searched continuously through the Garry's Mod wiki to find. It's weather or not, it is possible to lock a Derma in place. For instance, I have two panels open but as soon as I click one of them, the other one gets hidden underneath it.I would like to know how to (If it is possible of course) change that. Once again I'm sorry for having to constantly ask for help but I'm still learning. Thank you.
