Script won't work since I added a convar.

Hey FacePunchers,
I got a problem... Why won't this script work?
No errors.
The script it's self works, tired and tested.
Although, the server won't print the ... print right after the convar (this will make sense once you look at this script) . I'm probably doing something stupid, but i need help. I'll be around so feel free to ask questions.

The third parameter is [b]not[/b] optional.
