If its a legit copy, then the chances of getting errors is very low
Considering PERP is a privately owned gamemode, you've got little chance of actually getting help on here, without pasting the code.
I wouldn't paste the code - you don't even legally have the gamemode - "it was give to " you " by a friend".
Get your friend to ask Killslick, he'll "help".
