So I've read the entire god damn pill (well, what I could fully understand), and now I just hope I remeber most of it, anyway: What should I start on? A gamemode? or a simple swep (Well I could already do that after reading the pill)
Also, what did you guys start on as your first (Succesfull) project?
A gamemode.
What I like doing the most, and what I find the most instantly rewarding is doing a SENT. Don't have to worry about iron sights, viewmodels animations and stuff. For instance you could start simple by trying to make a medkit sent.
The first thing I really did was edit darkrp for a friend's server. So as I maintened it I finished alot of mini-projects. :)
Yeah, DarkRP somewhat helped me. I know its messy coding, But it got me into lua. Then I done a gamemode, and it turned out well, So now I've done over 6.
I would say try a gamemode.

Make a gamemode. It puts to use most of the knowledge you've accumulated and also includes SENTs and SWEPs.

Basically if you wanna do a gamemode, you need to do everything else.
I actually started by reading and editing DarkRP, then progressed to my own gamemode.
