How do I fix it to where I can use a website as my motd? This is a jailbreak gamemode btw if that means anything

Try unchecking the Show MOTD when players join, check the Get MOTD from URL, and then put in your website url.
If I uncheck the "show motd when players join" they both become blank...Usually once you check the first box, the ability to click the second box opens up.
Check "Get MOTD from URL instead" then proceed to put your website link inside the input box.
I would do that IF I WAS ABLE TO CLICK IT. It wont let me check the box to type in the url. I have done this several times before but it is not working for some reason now on multiple servers.
You could try putting the following in the console:
ulx_showmotd [url]http://whateveryoursiteis.com[/url]
