Models are shown as a big ERROR

hey guys

So I was coding ak47 wasteland rebel for TTT. I hexed the models and the sounds. Now when I spawn the gun its world model shown as a big error, also when you pick it up there are no hands and there's a giant error sign above where my hands should be. The only sound thats working is the fire sound. The reload, clip, and pull doesnt work. I checked the tutorial and checked the hex program and everything seems fine. what can I do?

There is no non-hexed SWEP. I took the models from gamebanana. I can give you the link to the models
