2 Weapon Problems

1. How do I add the default HL2 weapons such as ar2 and smg to my server so that they are available to spawn. And after that is done, what command is used to spawn them (into an inventory)? (I'm using ULX)

2. How do I make it so that either weapons in the pointshop are only accessible by certain ranks or so that certain ranks spawn with the weapon in their inventory each round?
