Error with Spawning a NPC "EOF instead of keyname"

I've tried making a scripted npc for a model i downloaded, but when i try to spawn it, its a big ERROR, it still dies and makes sounds, and the model itself is in the spawnlist. When i try to spawn it, the consle reports an error:

KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got EOF instead of keyname in file models/child_worker_m1.mdl
mdlkeyvalue, (*prop_data*),

Any ideas on how to fix it?
