Model manipulator - change the model of the npc
Npc Control v2 (or whatever its called) - it has a tool to change the npc health
theres no need to code this shitty npc if its possible to make it with 2 simple tools.
This is so simple. Install the pack, then use this tutorial:

Then set the model to models/guerilla.mdl, or whatever the NPC model for the guerilla is.
