In gmod you can go to options and select your skin is it possible to make it so there are some skins only admin can sellect and some only superadmins can ?? And is it possible to make it so there are some models only admins can spawn ?

you have to hook in the spawn function, and then do if ent:GetSkin > 1 then ent:SetSkin(*) end
