• E2 - Can this affect other entities?

I am getting the impression that E2 Chips are fairly powerful. So my question put simply. Can an E2 Chip, if coded in a specific manner, affect variables of other entities. eg Lets say I have a Ball, that has a variable called Fruit and its equal to Apple Is it possible for an E2 Expression to go and change Ball.Fruit to be Ball.Fruit = Orange? And perhaps in more complicated scenarios, to change or insert members into entity table variables?
What is this... I don't even... :frog:

Also, without an extra addon lua variables cannot modified via e2.
That may be true but I will only belive it when someone who can actually code E2 or Lua tells me it

You seem to think you can code lua and you can't so I find that hard to believe
I don't think an e2 can directly change a var in pure lua, even if global. Not sure tho.
You seem to think you can code lua and you can't so I find that hard to believe
Rofl. I see no lua from you in this thread. Nor anything worth calling you such a super lua scripter it gives you the right to call me a rubbish scripter.
All I have to do is look at your threads to see that you are a "rubbish scripter"
You both shut up. This thread shouldn't even exist, I think there is a still this e2 help thread in the garrysmod forum so go there, this is the lua section and not goddamn e2.
Wind your neck in. Its in the Lua section because it is asking if E2 can affect lua variables.
