is it safe to use both ULX and Assmod at the same time?

I've seen many times in Ulysses support forums that people are using both. Not sure if chatcommands can be set separately, or what problems occur though.
ULX uses "!" as its pre-cursor to chat commands. No idea if ASSMod uses chat.
Asking which is better is quite difficult to say...depends on what you expect from a administration mod.
Many prefer ASSMod's GUI over ULX's. I think ASSMod has some type of prop protection by default, that we at Ulysses only offer as additional downloads.
I believe ASSMod offers everything and the kitchen sink all rolled into one...
We at Ulysses give a base package and offer extras at your own choice.
