I have set up FastDL on my server, and now when I try to connect to my server it says "missing map/map.bsp, disconnecting." Below is my configuration

There's your problem.
I have turned on directory traversal on those folders, also set permissions so EVERYONE has full control, and it is still for not.

Worked. Needed to add a MIME to it.
