DarkRP Or Other RP Heavily Modded

Hello, i was wondering if any one could make a modded darkrp gamemode or anouther roleplay gamemode modded

The gamemode would consist of.

User accounts creation
- when players first join they are prompted to chose a name, a model, and enter some basic info.

NPC's
- Npc doctors that can heal you, npc car dealers, Etc

Car's
- a wide selection of cars that can be sold by a npc dealler and saved. players can also sell the cars for a lower price.

Job NPC's And Car's
- police can talk to a npc and ask for a cop car etc, same for doctor
- Police cars and Ambulances with Sirens and lights

Revive System
- when players die they are left unconscious for a minute until paramedics can arrive and revive them.

Economy
- A economy system including ATM's And Banker's etc

customisable Clothing.
- Players can talk to a Npc and buy clothing for their charactor ( When they take a job it will change to the jobs model)

Custom Entities
- Custom entities like growable drugs that you have to watter etc.

Achivements
- A ingame achivement system.

Stamina system
- The more you run the higher your Stamina incresses.

A new Layout
- A new F4 Menu layout Or a npc taht people cna go to for jobs

VIP Features
- incresed pay, exclusive items etc. Incresed prop limit, And some cash.
