Fretta is derived from base so there is no spawnmenu.
I know one workaround is to create your own spawn menu, but seeing as the original automatically loads and categorizes props and has tools why re-invent the wheel?

It isn't illegal in the sense of breaking the law, but I think it is against the Fretta competition rules.
