Anyone interested in a whole mod revolving around Year Zero by Nine Inch Nails?

Had this idea in my head for about a year now, and it can't go anywhere because I suck at learning to make mods. I can't even make a map. The whole mod would be about "you", a member of Art Is Resistance. The 16 chapters would be named after the tracks from the album, with "Hyperpower!" representing a look into the oppressed life of a citizen, before they join the AIR in "The Beginning Of The End". "Survivalism" would be the player's quick tutorial which is interrupted by a military raid. "The Good Soldier" would be the resulting gunfight and resulting scenes, before he is sent to infiltrate a military camp nearby. "Vessel" explores the camp, and places the player on a on-rails drive back, in which the driver and character converse, before driving over a mine, leading to a running sequence much like escaping the Combine chopper in Route Kanal, as the player tries to escape a strike team in an armored vehicle. "Me, I'm Not" is the return to the base, and the introduction of the player's interest/sidekick, much like Alyx. After that, still in the same chapter the player gets another mission. Leading an assault against a large military fortification. "Capital G" is the entire fortification sequence, which ends in the player getting split up from everyone and having to leave through a tunnel system under the fortification. "My Violent Heart" is the tunnel area, which ends in the player entering a large sewage draining area and getting apprehended by the enemy and becoming a prisoner. "The Warning" is the escape, ending in the player getting outside and surrounded by a large amount of soldiers, in a classic "Ha-you're-fucked" scenario that ends with The Presence appearing and scaring the shit out of the soldiers, driving a couple of them insane, and making the player black-out seconds later. "God Given" has the player awakening in a dream sequence with dummy soldiers, visions, and a fake death of the player's female counterpart, all inside a odd church/club hybrid. "Meet Your Master" has the military once again catching the player, seeing as he freaked out at the end of his hallucination. He awakes being dragged by soldiers into the office of the military leader, inside the city from "Hyperpower!". He is then stuffed down a trash chute, the idea of a nearby guard, and narrowly escapes compaction. "The Greater Good" has the player heading towards the prison section of the building and freeing a couple tens of AIR members and, making a guest appearance, the female counterpart. "The Great Destroyer" is the uprising, more freeing, and battle back up the military base, before killing the leader. "Another Version Of The Truth" has the player setting up the base for destruction, mopping up final remains of soldiers, and showing the citizens "another version of the truth" . "In This Twilight" is the happy wrap up chapter, with the main character finally getting a chance with the counterpart. No news yet on the situation with her pants, and if he is in or not. However, "Zero-Sum" gives us the credits.

I would freaking LOVE if someone would be interested in helping out in making this mod a reality. The above outline is not final, I'm open to criticism, and suggestions on the plot.
