Help Fixing an error

I'm seeing this error in my SSH console and then players start getting dropped off the server:

I thought I had this fixed but it just didn't happen for a few hours.
I have tried removing my addons, etc and nothing helps at all.

36 including Workshop models.

Does this happen with only 10 addons or so?

It's an exploit. You can't fix it.

!cake being installed fixed it. Solved.
