Custom Model Texture and Lighting Issue.

Recently I decided to start porting the Gun Mettle skins over to Garry's Mod which was going fine until I got this error.

When I turn on my flash light it looks like this...

You can also see that some parts of the Sniper Rifle are transparent. I don't know why this is happening as I didn't set a transparent property in the VMT file. If there is any other information you need then ask me, any help would be really appreciated and I will give credit when I release it to the workshop.

I didn't see this when browsing through the sections, I thought it would be under Garry's Mod. Could this topic be deleted?
