I would just give up on Dark-RP all together, Its buggy, and quiete old, I have yet to see someone make a RP gamemode where the players have to think for themselfs and not let the game tell them who they are and who they cannot be.

Not even sure what that even is... I seriouslly dont understand vehicles in rp unless its VERY neccesary on large maps with roads.

You are not helping very much.
For the car-thing. I use rp_evocity_v2d, wich is kinda large.
And people complain if there's no cars.
