ragdoll before death.

im looking for someone who can make something so that if you take huge damage or explode you lose all but 5 health, but still go into ragdoll, that is in first person (without the red) and you simply respawn were you lie with 5 health (mabey a getting up effect?) and when you loose the 5 health you die in 3rd person, normally.
