I'd love to have a rosetta radial menu like left 4 dead, that can be bound to various keys and customizable commands in the lua file. Clientsided please.

Semi-simple request. No need for various itens in the Q menu, just being able to make various radial menus and each menu bindable to each key, and each item should execute a command defined in the .lua file.
Theres something like this somewhere on FP or some other site, I used to have it. But to change the things you had to actually edit the lua file, If I find it I will come back here and post it.
