How do i test TTT weapons in single player game

The weapons work in the server but on single player it says i require the ttt weapon base for them to work. i assume the server is responsible for this but i couldnt find the base anywhere on the workshop or online to use the file in single player, i want to be able to test and edit the existing sweps to make a new one, how can use these in single player? and how can i make copies of the file so i can edit the weapon without changing the original file

Click the bottom right hand side button in the main menu and select ttt. Now when you start a game it will be on that.
Or if you are already started you can do "gamemode terrortown" in the console and then a changelevel which would then set the game mode also.

You should avoid developing on singleplayer, honestly, since it can be dodgy
