I have a server error that I cannot fix I have no idea what the problem is and it would be great if any of you knew

If an error is coming from the base gamemode, then you should just reinstall your server. Also, updated ULX and ULib.
I already have reinstalled my base gamemode (darkrp) after I put on the addons and everything it stopped working again with the same error
What can I do to fix this problem I have tried everything and re-installed everything :(

I took ULX off and ULIB to see what would happen and to see if the server would start and this happened!

I spend AGES testing each addon to see the problem and I now have 3 addons and if I put any of them in I lose all my tools on the right and unluckily these 3 addons are the most important because they consist of my weapons which is very important and my textscreen tools (Both of them) So I hope someone can help me here.
