Request for rebel enemies and combine allies

I'm trying to find an add-on for garrysmod that will make the combine treat you as your allies and the rebels treat you as enemies.

And I don't mean one of those suckey add ons that just give the rebels combine skins and combine rebel skins.

Anyway, I'm looking for something like that. And if there isn't something like that, can someone make it?

Well, if you can't find it on Garrysmod.org nor on Facepunch, it probably isn't made yet, or just not released yet.
So you will need some coder to make it for you, but the script sounds a bit complicated, so it probably isn't entirely free.
