How could someone make ammo stay with a player if they rejoin?
On disconnect, save their ammo somehow. ( To a file, SQL or to a temporary table if you do not want it to carry over restarts )
when they connect, check if a save data exists for that player, if it does, clear all of their ammo, and give them the saved ammo.

game. library has a bunch of ammo functions, save by ammo ID.
