I've been searching my ass out, on google, wiki.garrysmod and even here. Can't seem to find any tuts for tmysql...
Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial, or maybe show me a part of it?

Something to begin with. Other than that, their isn't any documentation as far as I know. However, try to get gamemodes using it. (*cough* PERP and so on.)
