Disabling pointshop items for props and spectator mode

Recently I added pointshop back to my server and when players are dead or spectating they still have their trails on?

Help would be appreciated :)

What gamemode is this? and have you added in custom trails?, if so post some code for one

So apparently it turns off when you die as a hunter but if you are a prop you still have it on after you die.

And if you switch from hunter to a prop it holsters it as well..
