how to make a "joining picture" when you my darkrp server? (in Lua Script)

You can't use lua creating it though. You will need to use HTML/Javascript and so on.

from what i've heard, lua loading screens are very hard to do.

from what i've heard, lua loading screens are very hard to do.[/QUOTE]No they ain't, it all depends on how advanced you want it. HTML itself is pretty easy and something you pickup after a few hours. If you want PHP/JScript along with it, google is really great.

He said doing it with lua is very hard. Which is probably true, the thread poster doesn't seem to be that advanced in lua.

CgiLua sounds handy. But he probably ment a Gmod Lua loading screen. (Somehow possible by manipulating the menu)

It's not good though as users would need to install it manually. (Afaik)
